What does your business need? Steelwood Tech Center has units as small as 1,299 square feet - perfect for a small office, warehouse or showroom - and we can put together tens of thousands of square feet if needed. We want to be flexible in every way and the size of space available is no exception.
As an owner, you are a member of the Steelwood Owner’s Association, which cares for the common areas. Association dues are based on the square footage owned. Estimated dues are less than 60 cents per square foot per year and may vary depending on actual costs. Dues cover regular items such as landscaping, structural insurance, litter pick-up, exterior lighting and snow removal. Please refer to the table below for unit sizes and availability.
